We strive to cultivate a community of women who seek to grow in their faith, serve others, and support one another. We want women of all generations to do life together – helping and mentoring each other as we move through all the stages of life.
Each spring, the women of our church retreat to the mountains of North Carolina to rest, laugh, fellowship, shop, study, and worship together. It is a blessed time to refocus on relationship with the Lord, as well as to continue to build Godly friendships with each other!
At least four times a year, the ladies have the opportunity to gather for special activities. Events include things like a restaurant crawl, scavenger hunt, lessons in creating charcuterie boards, baking Christmas cookies, pasta making, and making freezer meals for our families. In addition, the ladies have hosted special events such as Christmas or Valentine’s Parties and a Low Country Boil.
Every Thursday morning, our women gather for a Bible study. They have studied books by Priscilla Shirer, Lisa Harper, Jennifer Rothschild, Courtney Doctor, Jen Wilkin, and many more. A favorite was Gospel on the Ground by Kristi Mclelland!
